*please note: For 2025, we are focused on doing Month of Coordination at our Partner Venues only, with the exception of Bay Area venues that would allow us to bring our all-inclusive packages in.

You’ve planned it all—now let us handle the coordination, so you can be stress-free.
  • 10 hours of day-of onsite coordination by one Weddings In Color Planner + 1 Coordinator (additional hours & days can be added)
  • (1) venue walkthrough 30 days prior + (1) Planning Meeting
  • Consulting on Day of Timeline, Layout, Catering Timing, and Rentals order
  • Final Venue/Vendor email confirmations prior to the wedding
  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination the day before
  • First In; Last Out — Manage all vendor load in and load out
  • Execution of day-of timeline to ensure you stay on schedule
  • Final payment/gift/tip distribution to vendors at end of event
  • Oversee event breakdown & collection of leftover items

Venue Consulting + Site Visits at our Partner Venues + Planning & Design
  • 1-2 days of site visits to choose which of our Partner Venues is a good fit

    • All-inclusive pricing estimates

We will work with our trusted vendors to execute the design vision on your big day! (Month of Coordination not included; just design setup.)


Experience Design Package

Let’s Dream Together! Curating a Custom Wedding Experience
  • Work directly with our CEO, Gina Mariko Rosales, to design a custom wedding experience, whether it’s a wedding weekend abroad, or a multi-day wedding festival
  • (3) meetings to discuss goals, vision, do’s and don’ts, and design
  • Final deliverable will be a Google Slides deck including:
    • Suggested Venues
    • Suggested Timeline (for day or weekend)
    • Detailed Scope of Work for each Vendor needed along with a suggested list of Vendors and their contact info
    • Design Lookbook

The couple can then take the slide deck and plan the wedding themselves, or add on Planning Package for our team to plan it for you!


Wedding Comms Package

Seamless Wedding Communication & Design
  • Consultation on wedding invites (electronic vs paper), timing (when to send), and guestlist (who to invite)
  • Wedding invites graphic design and mailing
  • Wedding Website design (you provide the info, we make the website)
